Great professional service. My craft project was a success. So many options and prices. Absolutely loved that my husband could sit down with option to have coffee while he waited for me in store. My pictures are the end result.
I can’t thank the ladies and Robert at the Cotton Print Factory enough. I brought my disabled Mum to the shop and everyone was incredibly helpful. From moving their own cars to allow us to park closer to the door to Robert and Gayle being more than happy to help us up and down the ramp with her wheelchair. All the staff made sure we had everything we needed while in the shop, nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel so welcome and being so kind and considerate to us during our visit. We can’t wait to be back.
Was in here for the first time this week and it was such a great experience. Free parking. I hope I get this girls name right - Amanda - she was amazing! I told her I wanted to recover a footstool and I was going to pay someone to do it. She told me it was easy and explained how to do it. So off I went and I done it! I was so happy with this. Thank you for your amazing service in the store and I will be back as I have got the bug now to do more stuff like this!
One of the best places.for fabric in Glasgow brilliant selection with knowledge staff. It can get busy but definitely worth it. Car park is a bit tricky as it's under the shop and has support poles that are a bit in the way but if you take your time it's totally fine. Prices also seem to be very competitive for a brick and mortar store. They also have a few nice made up curtains/ cushions for inspiration. Definitely worth the trip.
The best fabric shop in Glasgow in my humble opinion. Always great selection of fabrics and haberdashery. Big fan of the reduced section, I was only looking for a small bit for my curtains, got it, sewed it in, looks grand!
Very nice shop. Huge collection of curtains. Much better than shopping online when you can touch, feel and see how the light hits the materials. Staff are helpful and friendly. There's free tee and coffee for customers. Very nice!
Great shop staff normally exceptional but not today, I was left standing at the counter, the only customer there, the young girl tried her hardest to ignore me but eventually offered assistance, I was made to feel unwelcome from the start by her, she was sullen unhelpful in every way, I didnt once hear please, thankyou, hello goodby nothing, if she doesn't want to be there she should have gone home because she certainly made me feel like walking out.

Excellent choice of fabrics, at brilliant prices. I was looking for children's material - choice was terrific! Brand new patterns at £9.99 a metre, with some on sale at £4.99, my cushion cost me bout £5 for all, inc wadding, binding etc.
