The service was terrible. We made our way downstairs and found our own seats as no one was there to get us a table. We were seated for about 20 minutes with no one serving us. We eventually just bought drinks at the bar and the barman was perplexed when we asked about food. Lots of people who looked like they worked there but were just hanging around. We left after about 45 minutes as we had enough and no one even spoke to us as we left.

Waited outside for over 30mins cos they weren't ready and still waiting at 7.40pm for our pre-starter that was supposed to be served with drinks from 6pm.
