I've been using 123Cleaners  for my dry cleaning needs in London, and I'm always impressed with their impeccable service. The 123Shirland toad staff is friendly, and they pay attention to every detail. My clothes come back looking brand new, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

My favourite dry cleaner and seamstresses.  Always do a good job on cleanings, turn around times are fair, and staff is always helpful.  They’ve been very honest and rejected clothes they can’t clean well, even when it meant they lost a sale.  Been a customer for 5 years and I’ll keep going back.

The staff at 123 laundry are very nice and friendly. I don’t know where they now send their laundry to get cleaned but it’s always missing or wrong.The staff have to keep ringing up for missing items. It was a good laundry cleaners when it was all under one roof. Now it’s causing problems.

In fairness, we were warned that without manufacturers instructions we were taking a risk.  I assumed their touted professionalism meant they could test to see what their chemicals would do to the backing on our curtains.  No such luck.  Photo attached. First of all the staff here are extremely rude. Do not expect any kind of customer service to match the astronomical prices the charge to then ruin your clothes. Twice I have been charged extra for “specialist cleaning” only for the items to come back destroyed. Again, don’t expect any sympathy, refund, compensation or remorse for them charging you to ruin your clothes. I would absolutely, unequivocally avoid this place.

After using 123 for twice weekly collections for over 5 years we had to move to another provider due to the rapid decline in quality of clean, damaged items, and appallingly inept accounts team. The team had been over billing by hundreds and were still chasing for more money. Invoices incorrect each month and Mary, the accounts manager, ignored emails and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Generally quite poor service. On one positive note, the drivers are lovely- especially AJ.

They ruined my mum’s favourite dress after taking 35£ for specialist dry cleaning, then they lost the belt of the second one and rediscovered a week later they have it.They've changed in recent times - I would be careful of dealing with them.

I've been a long term customer over the years - for my latest dry cleaning, the driver showed up w ithout prior notification from 123 drycleaners of the price or timing when I asked for the breakdown. I was told I had to pay first as he was parked wrongly, so he put me through to Carlos from here through the phone - he notified me that the discounts were only through the store and I would have to log in to see a breakdown when I was never told an account was set up. The total cost was 175£. They took 35£ from me for drycleaning a dress and they will also avoid giving you a breakdown till after you pay. I will not be going again.

THE RESPONSE FROM 123 IS TOTALLY INACCURATE. CARLOS CALLED AND ASKED QUESTIONS. HE SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE AND WOULD CALL THAT AFTERNOON  OR THE NEXT DAY. HE NEVER CALLED! Whole set of bed linen went missing I complained time and time again. I left messages for the management in-store. I left a letter too. Finally, after so much pushing I got a call from management. He promised to call again over a month ago. I haven't heard a thing.

The stuff here are so unprofessional, I took clothes to alter, they act like they don’t want to be there very moody, the lady who alters your clothes can’t even come up to help you pin your clothes you have to do it in a cramped space with other customers watching, don’t take your expensive items here you might regret as they don’t seem qualified to do a decent job
