The most hilarious costa staff that I have ever met. (Please note: it's 7 am!!!) Plus my coffee is perfect. Thanks guys for making this s*** Monday morning better.

Got served pretty quickly on a busy time on sunday morning, friendly staff at the time. Good coffee as always by Costa Coffee Baristas

London Luton airport costa coffee. Well what a disappointment. Very poor customer servise. I have asked for brie panini and was asked if takeaway or in. I said in. I was on my own hadluggage so i have sat down hopping someone will bring the food to my table. 15 min later i had to pick my luggage and went to til to ask where is my food. It was on the side wrapped up in the takeaway paper. No plait was given even tho i did say im eating in. Where are all those lovely hard working polish staff that i had pleassure to meet back in june? Get them back pls or talk to your staff about customer services at least. Regards

Ok for a quick coffee at the airport, but they are extremely aggressive in pushing the new coffee blend to all their customers. I like the regular blend and I don't want to see the staff visibly frown when I ask for it. It's a bit rude.
