Good place to stop and wait for departure gate info, reasonable prices but busier now that security sends all passengers past this cafe

Food ok, but same is much cheaper nearby. Lots of uncleared, dirty tables. Staff don't seem to want to be there or care about anything really. They are slow moving and forgot about my coffee 10 seconds after ordering it. If you want service with a smile, or either, go to Pret instead.

This review relates to the larger unit at the far end of the departure hall and not the central aisle location of which I have no experience. Avoid this place. Service is appalling. Unfriendly and rude. My money was snatched from me and I was told I couldn't take a plastic glass to go with a canned drink for my wife. I almost literally had my hand slapped. Tea was undrinkable. Although the place was practically empty, people were being ushered out as soon as they finished. We were planning to return for food but went elsewhere.

I respect Benugo for a good offer of products healthy salads etc. The stand in the middle of the airport is absolutely ok but the larger stationary restaurant at the end of the airport is terrible and I think it really ruins the image of the company. It has nice design but the stuff gives an impression they are forced to work there, every time I was there they had maybe 3 clients sitting at tables, tables were dirty, cups and food leftovers were not taken away. Moreover, when I approached the counter there were 2 people behind it but totally not paying attention sb wants to order they didn't even say hello and kept on doing sth else and approached only when they were done (and this happened more than once). No surprise this place is always so empty...
