Never get a receipt to check your points. Wrong item given from what was ordered, even better bit of plastic from milk carton found when I had finished !my coffee!! Avoid

Went for a coffee with a friend and our babies. We ordered hot chocolate and got given the wrong ones but got the difference paid back to us as we decided to keep the hot chocolates we were given. I gave 5 stars because I breastfed my baby there and one of the staff offered me a glass of water and asked if there was anything else I needed. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable.

This is our favourite local Costa as the staff are always friendly and helpful the excellent coffee is a bonus
