Staff are very helpful here and this branch is very clean. This branch is always busy and the food is always well stocked. Best costa i have seen space wise. My daughter wanted me to write that the food is yummy especially the sausage rolls and her hot chocolate is perfect everytime! Keep up the good work

What a welcome addition to the area. Has a good amount of space making it easy to access with a pram, very friendly staff and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit

Absolutely terrible! Every time I purchase a latte it tastes like sewage water without fail and ends up down the sink or in the bin! This isn’t costa brand standard, and I will never come here again! I do not have a customised drink, I have a plain simple latte! The milk isn’t changed in the jugs and is constantly reheated as I’ve witnessed for myself on several occasions, which will cause a huge amount of bacteria to grow in those jugs. they use any old milk or mixtures of milks unless you ask for the normal standard milk that is supposed to be used and even then you have to stand there and watch them so you know there doing it, as I’ve been caught out before with this and gave me a stale, reheated skinny milk latte, the baristas and the Managers on the coffee machine CAN NOT make coffee to the Costa brand standard. I’m so sick and tired of having to ask for a remake and even when I get one it only gets worse! Take my personal experiences from this place and do not come and waste your hard earned money on this garbage!! You will be disappointed... one more thing I’ve notice on their website is the only 5star ratings they have are by the staff themselves who actually work there, says a lot really.
