I like this place for a quick coffee but not a lengthy tea and chat. It's a little cramped for a long visit. Having said that it's always clean, the drinks are lovely and the staff polite and fun while also being quick and helpful. They'll often bring my tray over for me as I'm disabled without being asked.

Nice Costa Coffee located in Frome and drinks are as you would expect. When visited they seemed to be very busy and so a few tables were full of dirty cups but they were cleared away when the rush died down. There are toilets and seating available inside and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful and Costa is reasonably clean.

Easily accessible from the high street. The staff are friendly and approachable which makes the experience very pleasurable. I have recommended this outlet to friends and family.

I always go there for a coffee or tea when in town, staff are great, coffee and tea is hot and made well. I would rate the staff ***** for helpfulness always seem welcoming and genuine when I pop in.😀
