Love this cafe! We’ve been coming for Saturday brunch most weekends for a couple of years now and it’s a firm favourite. The food is delicious and varied, with an excellent atmosphere. We’re always made to feel welcome and well looked after. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, but a big shout out to Rachel who we see and chat with most times. She’s one of the many reasons we return time and time again!
Had a lovely visit today, Monday lunch time, late April. Friendly service and delicious food. It was fairly busy, but still spacious and not too noisy. Friendly atmosphere, good choice for vegetarians.
Absolutely beautiful breakfast, we were served by Claire and she was brilliant! If we lived locally we would come all the time. Food was unbelievable and the place itself was gorgeous. Would recommend!
What a pleasant surprise. Walked on and thought it was small, but them we were shown the restaurant and garden. We had the best flat white ever and a banana milk shake, my husband opted for the Butcher's breakfast as recommend by Suzannah a real meat feast and I had the special fish gougons, loved the home made tartar sauce, overall a fantastic experience and so glad we found this little gem!nGreat foodnGreat servicenGreat locationnWe will be back next visit !
What a wonderful experience! From the warm welcome as you go in, to the comfortable seating, great selection on the menu and clean facilities. One of our party had a food allergy and we were delighted that the team took this very seriously. We sat in the garden as it was a gorgeous day and it was like being on a Mediterranean holiday! The cocktails/mocktails are great and a ‘just pop in for a drink’ quickly turned into lunch once we saw the menu! The food was really great value with so many options available. High quality ingredients, a well thought through menu and beautifully presented. The most important thing was that it tasted amazing! The staff were not bothering you but always seemed to be on hand if you needed anything and were so friendly! The outside atmosphere was beautiful next to the jasmine but inside with lovely tables for meals and cute sofas for coffee catch ups were all delightful too! A top class experience and I will certainly be back. I couldn’t fault anything and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. A hidden gem in a beautiful town.
