I was doing coursework with a friend on our laptops from 6pm till 9 30pm, we only both bought 2 drinks in that period and I couldn't have asked for a nicer time! We didn't get a single angry look at us for being there for so long and it was quiet enough that we both managed to finish out Work! Everyone was so kind and polite even when we ordered coolers in the middle of winter! Definitely will be coming back.

Staff were not too happy but we got our drinks and food and it was good quality as usual. Not great views as it it a retail park but at least yiu can go shopping from their or have a coffee between shopping. Great non dairy alternatives too which seem to be easier to find these days but Costa is my fav coffee place! Hot choc is amazing!

It is Sunday and this Costa opens at 7am! Conveniently located just off M5 junction 25...easy free parking with all the expected Costa seating, Wi-Fi etc. Easy

Really good place, friendly staff, disabled facilities, hot and cold food and drinks.

Dirty trays, tables not cleared regularly, nor are they washed! Staff need customer service training, there not happy!
