Really nice place, roomy and light. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately on this occasion I ordered a Chai Latte and got a normal Latte, it has happened elsewhere and it happens in other places so not going to labour the point. The homeless chap round the corner was delighted when I gave him the coffee. Costa is always my coffee shop and one mistake will not change that. Well done crew.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the manager yesterday for the free Latte that he gave me when I popped in during my 100 mile RideLondon ride. I was really flagging at that stage and it did the job and got me to the finish line! Thanks again; it was much appreciated and very generous of you. Colin.
