wanted to buy a book from the window (display book version was the one i wanted, got told the only version of that book (Book of dust) That was available was one without the dust cover at a more expensive price. Was also told it was limited release with a dust cover.?? So bought more expensive book as a result. Walked to W.H . Smith and found said book i wanted cheaper and with the cover was annoyed after being told i wouldn't find it anywhere??? returned book and bought from competitor. NOT HAPPY as a day l;ater i saw books from window had obviosuly been purchased. A big well done for losing revenue to the competition instead of keeping a customer happy. Plus your lights were not working in any of your windows...so none of your books or window displays were illuminated when dark.
