Fabulous experience, cleanest coffee shop I have been in, amazing service from Ellie and her coworkers who never stopped cleaning while we were there, a credit to Costa
Out of the two Costas within 20 odd miles - this one is favoured - Although I do wonder why the baristas won't take a heated item to a table...instead customers have to wait, or do some return visits to the register area to collect multiple items... I understand perhaps not a tray of food or hot beverages possibly due to risk - but surely some customers have trouble carrying everything or have difficulty taking items to their seat for multiple reasons... Personal view - Costa overall is definitely lacking in that customer service factor because of this.
This is a fantastic coffee shop . Lovely design inside easy to get in and out lots of parking . Friendly staff

Nice coffee shop in Strabane shopping park with indoor and outside seating. It's just off the A5 and the free parking makes it a handy place to take a break.
