Staff friendly but no soap in either toilet. Toilet seat half hanging off. Latte spoon not clean. Premises quite large.
Its a nice and cozy place. Its so comfortable that the customers were so relaxed and very chatty. My opinion though. For me it was like a home away from homeService: 4/5
Scruffy place, terrible service, and the lattes were cold and tasted like dirty dishwater, will obviously not return to this place.
Enjoyed a midmorning coffee here sat in high back chairs watching the shoppers on a busy Saturday morning. The staff here were pleasant and friendly, and the service was fast. The only reason for only 4 stars given was that while the table had been cleared and wiped clean, one of the chairs was covered in crumbs and was easily noticable as they were quiet large and I had to clean them off myself.
Usually lovely the young girl that served us had an awful manner she asked us what we wanted and then looked away from us to talk yo her colleagues . She then looked back at us I think I asked for a latte 2 times before She acknowledged it . Then I was constantly asking for other parts of my order. Terrible customer service she seemed annoyed because we didn't have track and trace . The Two lads were lovely pleasant and helpful . The place was not busy . Disappointed quite frankly I sincerely hope she improves
This Costa branch is lovely, the atmosphere is really warm and homey and the staff a really nice and friendly. You can sit, chill and watch the world go by.
Staff here are always friendly. Quick service in clean surroundings and the coffee is consistently made to a high quality.
Short staffed . Weak tea. Standards not up to scratch. Won't be back. My wife enjoyed her coffee. Wheelchair accessibility: Sloping entry. Very amenable for wheelchairs.
Best coffee ever and staff always smiling
3 staff in uniform and one new starter in civies were all very good. It was busy however so, if 1 more member of staff could have been rostered in to assist with the cleanliness of chairs and tables this would be a 5 star review.
