Staff always pleasant and busy with their duties. Excellent covid controls and hygiene. Popular particularly at lunch times. Ample seating on two floors and outside. Ample car parking spaces.
Requested latte extra hot and got warm. Also why can baristas nationwide not make full servings, which is what I pay for and therefore expect. Does the company encourage this practice during training and in order to boost profits?
It seemed cleaner than on my last visit. Staff were friendly, reasonable precautions taken to support social distancing. My only negative points is there is never any free to park spaces and no drive thru, and always a queue. An extra member of staff might really make a difference.
Excellent service. Friendly and happy staff member that served me. Quality drinks and cake purchased. Costa never fails to disappoint.

Clean Costa with good safety measures in place. I would have enjoyed a coffee there unfortunately after queueing I was told they had run out of decaf so I had to look elsewhere.
I had a medium Americano for a change. Was quite nice,not as bitter as it can be sometimes.
Well they don't sell steak and chips yet, but one day they will.
Toilets a bit grotty and drinks not as nice as usual. Hot chocolate had an after taste.
