Typical Costa Coffee shop situated in the middle of a large retail park. Pleasant interior with plenty of outside tables for use in times of better weather. Serving all the usual ranges of coffees, coolers, teas etc along with the full range of sandwiches cakes, crisps etc. Pleasant staff. Well maintained with ample free car parking.

An excellect Costa in a good location on the retail park. During the day it is usually pretty busy with shoppers as well as being used as a meeting place. It is also used as an 'office' to work on laptops or even to conduct interviews. It offers the usual Costa choices, served by very polite and personable staff who are always very welcoming. The tables are cleared and cleaned regularly. The washrooms / toilets are well maintained. There is a Drive-through facility available and due to its location parking is plentiful. A good venue for a reasonable snack, lunch, or just a coffee or drink.

Two new people on the till/coffee machine today...it took me 20 minutes to get a cup of take-away coffee! Not the staff's fault, but I would expect the duty manager to know better than to have 2 new folks on at rush hour. And the flat white wasn't great either. On this occasion, Costa fell short of its usual high standards.

In the hart of the retail part, this is a great place to take a break. It can get very full around lunch time, but it's alway relaxing. This also has a drive in section, if you don't have time to stop. Unless you are really late, treat yourself and sit in.

Costa Sealand you really need to get your act together. Every time I have visited I have waited around half an hour to simply order. Today being 5pm when quiet and only 4 people in queue. The staff can’t provide any sort of front of house customer service whilst talking on headset and also dealing with drive through orders. The service is a disgrace and this is the last time I shall ever visit your establishment. Makes the whole process stressful from the outset and it isn’t cheap for this type of bad experience. Manager needs to sort these issues out.
