Staff were rude, talked amoungst themselfs. I ordered 2 vanilla, coconut, cap with cinnamon sprinkles, I received one that was only half full and the majority of it was foam, the cinnamon had been dumped on top and on both we couldn’t taste any vanilla. When we went back the baristas were rude, they turned away from us and spoke amoungst the selfs. Never going back here, didn’t even receive an apology. Appalled.

My son was complaining at our table because he had no chocolate sprinkles on his hot chocolate. One of the baristas came over and asked him if he wanted more sprinkles and cream, and my son said yes. The barista was very generous with the cream and sprinkles, which really pleased my son. Thank you for this.

Very dirty, staff too busy talking amongst themselves. My advice go to a different Costa Coffee
