Lack of consistency whatsoever.
The girls behind the counter are always grumpy and create a kind of tense atmosphere.

Girls there are very friendly and always helpful,  very happy to have costa in my neighbourhood. It is the best one around north west London. 🤗😀😁

One of the girls is very disgruntled, always knocking head. Her name is Laura i dont want to come anymore when she is working. 😐
The other girls is cool. Viktoria is so nice, she is very friendly :)
