Quite a decent Nero with a quirky selection of seating, though it's difficult to get one of the really comfortable seats. It has nice outlooks to the streets due to its big windows, and is nicely positioned for the local shops of F Road. Their coffee remains good quality; their cakes and things could be bigger, for the money.

I went in to get out of the cold and decided to order a hot chocolate. The gentleman who served me was amazing! He made the most brilliant hot chocolate I have ever had. Just the right temperature, with a layer of whipped cream, mini marshmallows AND chocolate chips! I'll definitely return whenever I'm in this part of London!

Functional not comfortable. They've changed the closing time by writing over the printed times on the door (to 7.00pm). The service was slow and a bit grim. They had only one panini left (containing bacon). And about 10 minutes before closing, they started mopping the floor with strong smelling disinfectant. Not impressed.

This branch not likely to defy expectations though they certainly maintain the Chains' standards for prompt service, minimum fuss, reasonable price and adequate acceptability.
