Costa was fine for a coffee and a quick snack. The only complaint I would have is the place was a little untidy and needed a good clean. The staff were most helpful and the service was good.

VERY friendly staff. One of the best Costa Coffee's. Quick service but busy. Good location, and I reckon that ferry passengers will probably use this. Also great if you're heading for Harwich International station.
