Just perfect; Nice staff, Excellent relaxing environment, Well done coffee and cakes, And free parking avaliable. On top of that you can collect and redeem points.
Came to this area to shop at Decathlon however I couldnt resist popping into this costa coffee shop to get a my a soy latte and to my surprise a whole lot of vegan choices! So after a few hours wandering the shops we popped back and grabbed a piece of vegan cheesecake The chap behind the counter remembered our drink order from the morning which I dont get from our local Costa! Lovely customer services, great choice of food, reasonable area, Thank you for a pleasant experience never stop selling your vegan cheesecake and get it to Stoke-On-Trent! Vegetarian options: Vegan options were good for a change.
Very good service. Lovely atmosphere, massive arrangement of drinks and snacks, the only minus is that all the syrups are sugar free, and I believe have to be improved, as not every one can have sweeteners. Last year they has some in, this year its 100% sugar free Parking: Place of parking spaces
Called in Costa today, staff member who served us was super friendly. After a short shopping trip around the local retail park, we called back to Costa and was impressed that the team member who served us earlier that morning, remembered us and remembered every single drink we preciously ordered. Absolutely fantastic, thank you for great coffee.
WORST costa I've been to. Waited 15 minutes for croissant and hot chocolate, when I asked about my order after 15 minutes, they said they don’t know about this order. I said I paid already and I stand and waiting here. I found out after 15 minutes of waiting that I would not get a croissant because it was gone they sold it to someone who was behind me in the line ... Worst service ever!!
Nice options of drinks, however dirty store tables not cleaned just a mess, but really good cheerful staff
Staff were lovely but the place was dirty, lots of tables that were not cleared/clean from previous sittings, took over 10mins to get served. Clearly understaffed and a priority appeared to be with orders via the drive throughService: 2/5
REALLY slow service. 4 staff and still takes 15 minutes to get served with only 3 people in front so not huge orders.Food: 5/5
This Costa has no protocol in place whatsoever incase of an emergency! I witnessed a 14 year old school girl passed out in their bathroom today and staff were alerted numerous times and they continued serving customers until the ambulance came and they had no choice but to look what's going on smh disgraceful do better and have some compassion !!
If you like having coffee poured into your newly cleaned vehicle because the employee at the drive thru couldn’t place the lid on your coffee cup properly, then this is the place for you.
