Used to be a regular customer twice a week UBEREATSfor the red velvet waffle and red velvet cake until it was removed off the menu. Having an autistic kid when they get used to something, change is not exactly a great thing. SADLY can't order anymore, otherwise best desert and was always quick delivery
Good desserts, the girl with dark hair was lovely and helpful. Could do with proper AC for those hot days when you pop in for ice cream though
By far the best!! I've ordered deserts from here so many times, it's always tasty, hot and on point abd very reasonably priced.
Ordered from here tonight, desserts were lovely, milkshakes and smoothie too, had an issue with one milkshake and can honestly say the staff were so lovely and kind, sent out a new milkshake within 10 minutes. Delivery driver was also very kind too. Great service
Thoroughly enjoyed my dessert. Had waffles and strawberry and banana with milk chocolate and white chocolate. Friends had cookie dough and strawberry crepe.
Awful customer service. Not once did the young girl look at us!! No crepes or pancakes. Waited 10mins, no other staff. Carried on with the milkshake, did her best to get rid of us. Kept disappearing, every time we asked for something got same reply - 'aint got none.' Walked out after she disappeared a 3rd time. Wont be using it again.
Gorgeous food my personal favourite is the waffle in the picture it's strawberry and cream waffle I recommend this place if you haven't tried it already!! Lovely friendly staff and they also do loyalty cards so you can earn a free shake then a free dessert I think this is great!
Absolutely poor service! If I could give no stars I would! Ordered delivery at 19:26, still no order delivered by 20:42. Contacted the restaurant to be told by a rude woman that my order was just given to the driver. Waited a further 20 minutes and still no order. Contacted the restaurant again to be told the order was given to the driver 15 mins previously. Contacted the driver who informed me that he was still waiting my order. Contacted the restaurant again to ask why they had blatantly lied to me for this rude woman to start raising her voice at me so I proceeded in doing the same. When asked for her name she said I can't dealt with this and phone went quiet. Another woman came on the phone and informed me the previous woman's name, then the most shocking thing was when I asked who the manager was, i was informed it was the rude woman who couldn't deal with me! Never ever again will I order from this place, not cause of the quality but for the shear rudeness of the so called manager!
They're okay for what they charge. I do have to agree with some reviewers about the staff rudeness, and wait times can be excessive for how easy it is to make the products they sell. Shame as Wednesbury does deserve a good desert shop, just don't think Renzo's is that place.
They just kept saying they don’t have the item so we changed the item and they also didn’t have those. Clearly they just didn’t want to do the order
