Fairly quiet so ordered service was great. Had the choice of seats and enjoyed my toasties and latte. Toilets were clean, single unit so mixed use. I walked in but plenty of parking but a 90 minutes time limit. Plenty really.
Nice and clean inside, accessible outside. Every member of staff that has served us have been nice, friendly and helpful. We regularly use this store for all the reasons above. An example of why Costa coffee is so popular

Doesn't allow charging, which is very inconvenient. Mac and cheese could be warmed up a bit more.
Genuinely one of the nicest Costas I've been in. Lovely and clean and on the few times I've visited all of your staff are very pleasant and welcoming.
Messed up my order. I asked for coconut milk TWICE and they still used normal milk. I also asked for no cream and there was cream on top which was just scrapped off with some bits left. I am lactose intolerant so I couldn’t drink it and had to give it away. Whoever the manager is, I hope you teach your barista’s how to properly take orders. Nearly £5 for a drink, I expect better.
Great staff but the cake and pastry portions are ridiculous for the price.
