I have been seeing John for many years as I have a chronic lower back weakness as a result of a motor cycling accident in the past. This flares up periodically if I overstress my back for any reason (such as doing heavy gardening) but a trip to see John soon puts me right. In between I subscribe to his quarterly “maintenance” program which helps to head off problems before they develop. I cannot recommend John too highly. I have visited many osteopaths and chiropractors over the years but John stands out in terms of the quality of the treatment I have received, not to mention the friendly and professional manner in which it is delivered.

To be honest, I was skeptical of chiropractors before using this service. However, John and his team of staff have totally put me at my ease and I have been surprised by how immediate the benefits have been. While I choose to go back for chiropractic "tune-ups", the company has never pestered me to go back for unnecessary appointments (which is a criticism leveled at many such services). I even went for a appointment today (I got carried away doing press ups a few days ago!) and my range of motion and level of pain is far better than before it was before the appointment. I even want to give a higher score than 5 out of 5.

Can't thank John Tillyard enough for his expertise. No exaggeration to say that without his help I would not still be playing golf at 74. Once you've had a bad back you've got a bad back but with exercise and John's talents I lead a normal active life. If you are considering using a chiropractor, look no further. Thanks John

Excellent! I was 34 weeks pregnant and Unable to weight bare, due to my extremely painful pelvis. Three sessions and one week later, I'm back to walking normally. Can't thank CCC enough.

I have just experienced my third Thai Yoga Massage with Elena. After one session, I realised that Thai Yoga Massage is more than just a massage.It works on many levels helping to create space in the body. Just as there is space outside and all around us, there is also space inside. I used to teach yoga so know that yoga is about opening. In fact, every time you master a yoga posture your personality will begin to change.It changes as we free up trapped energy blocks.( If our thoughts, feelings, actions and attitudes to life are negative they will inevitably cause an impedance in the body's natural energy flow.) For myself, Elena, in the most professional way,had the remarkable ability to open out my body, expand my tight chest, reduce chronic tension in my neck and shoulders while greatly expanding my contracted hip joints! I could even feel the exaggerated hollow in my back smoothing out. This week I am walking taller, breathing better, aching less,and feeling so positive, Thank you so much. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to The Cornwall Chiropractic Clinic. You will be given a warm welcome by Amy,the friendly receptionist and it will be probably the best hour and a half you will have spent. It was for me ! Sylvia Roberts
