Really great experience, great bunch of guys. Small enough to care and big enough to be professional and give great advice. Not near my home but we'll worth the journey, free parking. Covid restrictions and safeguards as expected.
Excellent service, turn around was mega. Ordered a bike late Friday afternoon and collected Sat morning. Very helpful and friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Their customer service is amazing! My bike got delivered quick and it is in immaculate condition. The team also advised me on a pair of pedals and set up the suspension on my mountain bike. I've already recommended them to all my friends! I'm very very happy with your service! 10/10

Very helpful staff Rick who took the time to help with my decision in buying a replacement bike. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and was shown a few choices. Rick even offered to have a bike built so I could try it for fit. Look forward to getting my new bike in April.
Great, friendly, helpful service from Rick and the guys at Cookson. Helped secure a bike at a time where they're extremely hard to get a hold of and other places were making things tricky! Would definitely recommend
