I have used this company many times now, for my wedding and also hiring dinner suits. Its so refreshing to have such professionalism when selecting a suit. The staff are extremely helpful, and genuinely couldn't do enough to help. U are greeted warmly by both Phil and Hannah and their expertise is second to none. The shop has an excellent display of different types, styles and tailored suits, and is immaculate. I seriously cannot fault this company and its staff. Well dun to all at cookham formal hire!!!

I have never been 'greeted' so rudely upon arrival in a store. I was made to feel most unwelcome, and a nuisance. The employee was extremely rude, and dismissive. Even my future in law who doesn't speak English picked up on it! The actual store was also poorly presented with suit bags (for customers to collect) covering the sample suits (so you could not even view the entire range), and creased and dusty shoes on display near the window. It felt that there was no care or attention to detail - it felt more like a jumble sale of suits than a high end store. I was expecting a lot more professionalism, and a higher standard of service. I was massively disappointed with the 'service' I received. I don't get any pleasure for leaving negative feedback - but in this case a one star review is thoroughly justified. A massive disappointment.

I needed a formal suit for a school leavers ball within 3 days of starting my search. Thankfully, I started here and had everything (suit, shirt, shoes, bow tie, cufflinks) sorted within half an hour! The service was excellent: friendly and professional, and the suit was as great as expected when I picked it up on the day. The whole process was straightforward and uncomplicated, and all at a very good price too! I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back.

Cookham formal hire had a great range of suits available and were super helpful with fittings - even when one of our bridesmen couldn't make it to the shop, they helped us make sure we got the correct measurements. The suits were a great fit and all the men looked fantastic, we would definitely recommend!
