The bloke in there is so weird and rude. I've always dreaded needing to go in and pick it a DPD parcel, today was no exception. I avoid going in for any other reason and nothing I've bought in there in the past has been much good either. Capitals in owners response give it away. Unpleasant owner. It's not the DPD rules it's his rude and un caring, disinterested attitude, devoid of any normal customer care qualities.
DPD parcel collection seamless. Turned up with required ID and collection qr code and everything worked. I also purchased a very reasonably priced peeler, and have a brilliant french sabatier chefs knife that works brilliantly. Don't be put off by the negative parcel collection reviews.
I used this place to drop off a returned DPD parcel. Whilst I was there I bought a neat little coffee maker, the chap was quite helpful. Not sure why the 1 star reviews? The shop is perfectly fine.
Unless you’re going to buy kitchenware I wouldn’t bother with anything else. He has very strangely sized utensils for sale, so be warned. Also don’t even think about using the DPD service, you’d have more luck drop kicking your parcel into a swamp
It is no wonder that local traders struggle. It is no good moaning about a lack of support if you greet potential customers in the way you did this morning. Granted I was not looking to make a purchase this morning, but dropping off a parcel as you are a DPD collection point. But I may have been a customer at some point, but not now. You could not have appeared less interested, no smile, no hello, I'm really sorry I disturbed your watching of the tennis.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR DELIVERY OF PARCELS. MAN RUNNING THE SHOP IS THE MOST UNHELPFUL AND RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVERY MET. IF HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS BAD ITS A SURPRISE HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. GIVES A BAD NAME TO LOVELY LOCAL BUSINESSES. BE WARNED! CANT GIVE NO STARS UNFORTUNATELY TO POST.
The elderly man with the angry face should not be public facing. The owner of the shop should either give him some lessons in good customer service or fire him.
This is a really lovely shop, every time I've been in looking for something obscure the owner has it and knows where it is! Genuine and friendly service, very knowledgeable. A credit to Wotton high street, surprisingly affordable prices too.
Ordered two items from Cookability online and the only shop who had the products I needed. Easy to order, excellent price, arrived very swiftly. Thank you and I will be shopping online with you again!
