Well, I’ve never seen anything like this. The whole booking system is in shambles for a start. Secondly, the staff are miserable and unapproachable and finally, just to add to the lovely experience, every time you ring up you get advised different things. There is no consistency and the service is appalling. At least the security guards are pleasant.

Really great service. I was very stressed before my appointment today, as I could not print off my appoitment conformation. Security guards were very helpful and told me to relax. The aplicstion process was really smooth. Ive spent there 5 mins and was done.

I wish I could give NO stars at all. What has happened in the last few years with passports appointment booking system? It used to be so easy and now is beyond a joke or a miracle. It is so frustrating, really. All of my British friends, they just get a form from a Post Office, fill it in, send it off and 4 weeks later their passports are ready. No hassle, no stress.

Very helpful and polite staff, conducted the appointment in English  Unfortunately the booking system to get an appointment is quite difficult, having to log in exactly at 9am or 8pm and all appointments being taken within seconds.  The majority of low ratings for this place are due to this system and not for the hard working or helpful staff.

Excellent service by far. I've applied for 4 different schengen visa but this one was the most efficient.  Fantastic service start to finish got my passport back know 4 days .very professional.

New Consulate's passport department is located on the ground floor. Enter on appointment only through security check. When you get your online booking which is no very easy due to booking limits, all paperwork and service is quick and simple in here. Consulate clerk was very helpful and kind.

Terrible, I do not know how other consulates operate but the Manchester one is Peak SHIAT. Their website is even more pathetic.  AND WHY ARE YOU CLOSING AT 3PM????? MOST OF US WORK TIL 4PM, WHEN ARE WE SUPPOSED TO FIND ANY TIME TO SORT ANYTHING??????? AVOID THIS SCAM.

Hard to get appointment but once you got it all goes smoothly

Not sure why negative reviews mention the booking system. That is separate and governed by the Polish Foreign Ministry not the consulate. I have managed to book an appointment, went to the place, got my ticket number. Soon after I was called in. I was served by a very polite gentleman that explained the options regarding a 10 year passport and temporary passport. The overall application went smoothly and I was out in 5 minutes. Also big thanks to the polite security team. EDIT: Passport application submitted 22/08, passport received via post 29/09.

Kaja was very professional, efficient and courteous. Good experience both present dealings and past.
