Disgusting attitude and customer service. How on earth is someone meant to know that there will be an emergency no option online to do an emergency fast track. Lady jn the phone is so full of herself, how on earth is she allowed to work with people when she doesn't even know how to talk to people
I went to consulate on Friday last week for POA attestation. My appointment was 11am but i reached 1030am. The lady who was dealing at attestation window was extremely helpful, respectful and very supportive. She also helped to advise how to sort out photos and copies etc. 5 min job done but i have to go back to collect at 4pm... and job done. Thanks to team consulate pakistan Manchester
Have applied for family visa, Two visas approved but the third one still pending from 6months. Called the embassy multiple times but no or v rude response. Now, the other two visas also expired but could not travel. Please either approve or reject applications but don’t keep it on hold. Ridiculous
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no customer service. You can be on hold for over an hour and still not get through to anyone on the phone. I stood in the consulate and called the number while nobody was on the phones and still got put in a queue. Absolutely appalling from these lot, so sad.
Their nadra service is good but their visa services dont even deserve one star, please whoever applies for visa dont pick Manchester pick london. There is no one in Manchester to pick up your calls and answer your questions plus plan your trip 4-6 months in advance as there visa service is rubbish all over the uk and inside Pakistan.
It was a beautiful experience. I went to get some documents attested today and lady at the attestation desk left window as soon as you enter was so respectful to me. She said BaitaSon in almost every sentence that she said. There was a brother helping people who were struggling to use photocopy machine and he showed me as well. It’s pity that I didn’t ask for their names as I could have mentioned in the review. But if you ever read this Thank you for being helpful, kind and respectful.

It is like being inside Pakistan. It clearly requires an upgrade with the wallpaper etc. Service needs improving. Some really good advisors.
Very polite, pleasant and helpful staff, couldnt fault them in any way.
