Initially Connells supported me in letting my property before going on to sell it. Throughout the relationship Connells were incredibly professional and always responded to any of my queries in a timely fashion. I also consider their services to be great value for money. I’d like to give particular praise to Rio. She is personable, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. 10/10 - would recommend.
Connells and Rio, in particular, have been great in helping us buy our first home! They've always been very responsive and more than happy to help when we requested follow up viewings. Connells and Rio were absolutely fantastic in my house sale. I've had some really poor estate agents in the post so was nervous with who to choose. The marketing was completed in just a few days and the house sold in under 5 months from when it went online. They were helpful and predestination Professional at every hurdle. A very friendly and highly professional team! The manageress, Rio, always gives an efficient service and goes out of her way to ensure clients are well looked after and all their needs met. She knows the area very well so is in a good position to recommend roads/locations. Always go to her when looking for properties in the area. Wouldn’t use anyone else. 5* service!
Rio and the team have been excellent in selling my first home. The process is daunting to say the least but they were on hand every step of the way to help guide me through process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
We bought our first home via auction but Connells were the estate agents. Cannot fault them, they were really helpful throughout the process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks to Connells for your help
Warning please avoid this company at all costs, if your a landlord or even tenant as you can see from some of the other reviews they are running a scam by not returning deposits to landlord ad tenants. I have been trying to get the deposit back from a previous tenant who had destroyed the property. I had photos and video evidence and witness statements, plus all off the receipts to repair the damage to the flat. I asked Connells many times over a period of months for the deposit due to me which would only cover half the damage costs. They claimed numerous times that they did not have the deposit and it was held by the TDS service. After contacting the TDS service they confirmed that Connells had the deposit all that time. They have avoided called, flip flopped about information on the process of me getting my deposit back. They blatantly lied twice. I am still trying to get my deposit back, and have no choice but to pursue this further with legal action. LANDLORDS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. With his occurring regularly this is clearly a scam that they have been doing for years...
