The lettings team worked really hard to find suitable tenants for our property. They were totally professional, diligent and kept us informed at every stage of the process. They worked particularly well from the time the new tenants agreed to  the property  to them moving in  - a time span of only 48 hours ! It certainly was a  challenge , but they rose to the occasion magnificently, were in total control throughout,bringing to bear a total calming effect on the process but best of all they delivered on time!
No wonder they are the number 1 letting agents in Ferndown  -  an accolade which is truly deserved . Well done and Thank you

Truly dreadful service, not worth one star.  Over 2.5 weeks, messages left for both Belinda and Ben, the manager, in connection with land for sale.  Neither has ever phoned back.  Receptionist says that Ben is so busy being out of the office that he's always on the phone when back in the office.  This is no way to run a business. End of enquiry for me.  No faith at all.  I feel sorry for their vendors who are losing potential buyers

We recently sold our property through St Quintin and received exemplary customer service throughout the whole process. The whole team were friendly and courteous and Ben went the extra mile in ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. 
Ben and Alana conducted a number of viewings on our home and both treated it with respect. Few agents struggaled to sell our house but Ben made it happen. Definetelly 5 star service!

VERY poor service!! I contacted St Quintin to view a property to rent, they PENCILED ME IN for an appointment at their "earliest convenience" (5 days after enquiry) and said that I would be one of the first to view. They never called me back to confirm the appointment so I called the morning of the viewing only to be told that someone else had viewed the property 2 days prior and it was now gone. I would recommend everyone steer clear, it's company's like this one that give others such a bad name. As a business owner I very much hope they are not around for much longer!

Following the smooth sale through St Quintins of my own home  , I instructed them In the sale of a rental portfolio of 26 properties . I have found the service to be be both professional  and friendly throughout . Communication is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend both their rental and sales department
