Had my market appraisal this morning with Laura Willets, from Connells, regarding getting a guide price and valuation for the property. Laura was very efficient, calling to confirm before the appointment and arriving on time, and was a wealth of knowledge. All questions were expertly answered and Laura was able to offer me plenty of information that I didn’t even know I need. Perfect service from a business point of view. However her real strength lies in her spectacular personality - Laura was friendly and happy to help and a pleasure to spend time with
Really great visit from Laura Willets, Senior Instructions manager. Really informative, took us through all our options and how Connells support both buyers and sellers. Would definitely recommend. Booking the appointment was also really easy with Julie being really helpful, as she has been on the 3 occasions we have dealt with Connells. Thank you.

Had a meeting with a lovely lady called Laura from the Grantham branch this afternoon. She was very informative and helpful. She explained the selling process and made me aware of all our options. She is someone we would be confident in dealing with.
Sam was our agent. He was absolutely superb. He answered any questions we had and was very informative. He guided us through the process and was truly amazing. We couldn't have had a smoother experience. The branch manager though seemed to confuse us a lot and I felt a little uneasy when dealing with that person.
Our letting agent was Sam. He was lovely. He kept us updated on any information and very informative. The process of moving in our new place was super quick and we didn't find it as stressful as other times because of the updates from the letting agents. Great job!
