I have worked for Complete Care since June 2016. I applied for a job at Complete care after gaining my qualification and wanting to take a leap from care worker to management. Complete care gave me the chance to be a line manager with my own area to manage and I'm extremely thankful for this. The support I have received from Management to grow in my role has been amazing and supportive, we are a family. 
Complete care are a company that go above and beyond for service users and employees. I am proud to work for a company that care about the Domiciliary sector and who want to make a difference on how home care is looked at.

I am currently an Employee with Complete Care West Yorkshire. I have previously worked for 3 different Domiciliary Care Providers and Complete Care West Yorkshire is by far the best to work for. 
I am part of an amazing team, the office staff are brilliant, very supportive and well organised. 
They really do go above and beyond to make staff and service users as happy as they can. I love the job and everything it stands for, and I hope to be working along side them for many more years.

I have worked at complete care for 5 months . It's a very happy and nice workplace . Everybody is really friendly and helpful.  If you have any problems just ring and they will be solved .the office staff are always helpful and friendly and provide a great working environment.

I am a community care worker at complete care ..and find my work colleagues not just work collegagues but also friends we have a fantastic team that all are great in team work.office staff also come out to help us when needed .. im really proud to say i work for complete care 💫 the name says it all heres to another 5 year !! ( thank you )
