Really disappointed in the level of customer service. Refused to honour a voucher for a free vaccination and health check despite the store being ok with it being 2 days out of date. Second woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and abrupt. I will not be using this vets for any of my animals in future

Very friendly and helpful staff. Vets are good  used   companion care vets at Fareham for the first time
