Had to speak with one of the drivers today going along the Footpath at Swanwick Shore Rd, he must have been going at least 25mph, on a gravel track track with various blind bends and a public footpath to boot. He did say sorry but thats easy done, its just common sense.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service and potential thievery. Had an issue when I sent a parcel back home from a Holiday. The first delivery attempt failed for an unspecified reason, the second delivery attempt failed because they claimed they have broken the parcel contents. I was forced to collect it myself and upon collection the box was open and obviously broken into. The staff claimed that the parcel had unprotected glass bottles that broke and they removed them for safety reasons. They have also apparently discovered that the contents broke because "they spilled out". Upon close inspection, there was no liquid damage to the remaining contents. I also had white clothes inside that I used to wrap the bottles on top of the foil protecting them and neither were they wet nor stained which would be impossible to occur if, as FedEx claims, the contents spilled to the point of signaling that the contents have been damaged. Overall, half of the parcel contents were removed. Avoiding FedEx from now on.
They cannot give you a time slot, they expect you to wait in all day like an unemployed person. However, I'm a busy plumber and using FedEx has caused me to miss appointments and have to rearrange appointments, meaning I've lost out on a lot of money just because of the choice of postal service the plumbers merchants has chosen. By far the worst postal service I've experienced.
Personally, I enjoyed working here. A fast paced environment with lots of heavy lifting. It will keep you fit, and due to the fast paced nature of the work you will find the time flys by. Dont work here if you have a problem with heavy lifting. If you enjoy working up a sweat however, this is a good job to have!
Delivery was attempted a day before schedualed and missed it as was supposed to be delivered next day i even took the supposed delivery date off work but the delivery was made a day ahead causing me to not receive said delivery, no card or redilivery notice left and so rang head office to reschedual another but no answer !!!! Was on hold for over 40 mins and gave up !! Horrible service !! If i could give no stars i would !!!
Be careful, the post code directs you to the Costco, but carry on down the road it's on the right. Been here a few times now, always helpful friendly staff
You are the worst company i have ever seen. You lose parcels. I advise everyone to keep away from you. You are cheaters. You are thieves. You are such a trap.
Missed this psychic delivery service because no one rang the door bell!
Hard work ice cold back brakeing hard work but you do get freakquent breaks free coffie and tea it's not for any one with a bad back or anything or can't stand for long periods of time or problems in bending, people seem to be OK can't say to much about the canteen except its warm
