The receptionist recognised me from previous visits which made me feel welcome and valued. I mentioned to the vet that my daughter enjoyed playing vets at home and so she gave my daughter a fully involved experience and included her with the care for our pet. I was so grateful and it made my daughter’s day. Thank you!
The Vets are fantastic, but as for the rest of the staff, it's not worth the effort explaining their disgusting attitude's, after all were only customers, not animals so why should they even make an effort. If you can tolerate being berated and spoken to in a condescending manner, then by all means take a risk, otherwise I would not recommend this practice to anyone!
I didn't been there, called for appointment but waiting time was long. That's mean this guys are busy I'll try later. Lady on the phone was polite and didn't make me feel disappointed.
I don't know what to make of these vets I had a scan done as my dog was having issues with delayed birth and temperatures were all showing she should be in labour I went for a scan and was told all was ok no scan was actually witnessed 3 days later when giving birth first pup in litter came backwards and still born and 4th also was I'm green sack still born this does not happen in a small matter of time and when asked how many pups after the scan the answer was given they were moving too much to ascertain a number no rough figure nothing I questioned if a scan was even done myself as I feel these issues would of been bought to light could be a coincidence but I say tread with caution.
My dog girl has been booked in for spay operation which has been agreed and booked few months prior to surgery. When I arrived on the day, system was showing she wasn't booked in in fact no surgeries were taking place that day despite me having confirmation via message and email. Nurses were very apologetic and keen to find alternative way - she had it done 2 days later. I understand that sometimes technology can be unpredictable. It was the helpfulness of staff which made me calm. Surgery went well and 2 follow up appointments were highly satisfactory. I did get answers to all my questions and even managed to get yearly vaccinations done within these appointments. Thank you :-
Excellent service. Very welcoming, the team went above and beyond my expectations when I turned up for advice without an appointment. Nurse Emma has been terrific and even when I made a mistake with timing and arrived late for a vet appointment the wonderful receptionist was so very helpful. The vet kindly managed to still fit me in and the whole experience has been so superb I would now not think about going anywhere else. Thank you to the fabulous team at Vets4Pets in Slough.
Me and my partner called up for advice and even said will bring my cat down to be looked at or even treated as she looked like she had cat flu the woman who I spoke from vets4pets said no it's ok this is common in cat and it will pass in 7 days this was on 22/02/2023 it's now 26/02/2023 I come home to find my cat had died yes you heard died!!! I am heart broken and will be taking this higher
The vet was knowledgeable about my pet both personally as well as breed. She was kind gentle and talked to Daisy Mae all the time keeping her calm, one of our best visits.
The lady nurse we saw for Teddy’s nail clipping was fantastic she explained everything and I explained Teddy was a bit nervous when he comes to the vet but we worked out a way to keep him calm and hold him so she could clip his nails with no bother. Great job
