Called today to try and get our poorly dog seen I completely understand that you may be busy but was rushed off the phone. When I called I explained that my friend recommended you to us then got told well what’s your normal vets? I said somewhere else and got told bluntly to call them as you were to busy with your own customers! No one let me explain we have just moved here and looking for a local vet. I truely understand that you must be busy but I thought from the website it was a animal hospital and here to help everyone I tried to explain that out of hours was already expensive and our old house is miles away (and so is our old vet) and was willing to pay to get bob his help just thought somewhere closer could have seen him faster and become his new health care provider.

This is one of the best vets in Berkshire very friendly staff and always very compassionate in bad situations I have used them for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody

Have used this vet for many years they are relatively trustworthy and very good value for money however I would recommend that your dog is insured no vets these days are cheap in summary I think this veterinary surgery is the best in Maidenhead.

Sadly Today we had to have our two hounds put to sleep . The staff at the clinic were brilliant very compassionate and understanding we would highly recommend summerleaze vets !! We have now signed our little Dave up to there healthy pet club which is brilliant as you get money off treatments and jabs etc Thankyou guys for today you made our experience slightly easier to deal with 5 stars from us !!!

Awesome service, very caring staff. Later evening appointments available for those pet parents who work. Monthly pet plan which includes 6 monthly check ups, flea and wormer, discount on fees etc is great value.
