I had a very good experience and the staff where very helpful with any questions I had.
Very helpful and good customer service from all the staff and always have time to answer any questions I have or concerns. And they asked me if I could keep them updated on how my pet was doing. My pet had an accident I phoned them straight away for her to be checked over and got saw straight away as an emergency. My dog is recovering very well. I am very satisfied with the professional services they provided for my pets care. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We have been using Medivet in Langley to look after the needs of our dogs for the last few years and, in that time, feel that the service provided by Shilpi and her team has been excellent. 

When one of our dogs developed terminal cancer and, ultimately, passed away, the compassion and care shown by everyone at the practice was much appreciated.

Our other two dogs are now quite elderly and have both had a number of conditions requiring treatment. We always feel that Shilpi and any other vet that's on duty listen to our concerns and advise us on treatment or lifestyle changes, all of which so far have been beneficial.

At a previous vets, you would barely be in the door before the vet was giving your dog injections and other treatments without keeping you informed of what they were doing or the (usually large) cost of whatever it was. The communication from Medivet in Langley is second to none.

We are very pleased to have Shilpi looking after our dogs and have no hesitation in recommending Medivet in Langley to other pet owners.
