Great location, close to the Cleethorpes Pier and near the train station. The place is lovely, the room is beautiful, it has a hair dryer, heating, a very comfortable bed and the bathroom is really big. The place is very clean, it also has a TV and the WiFi works just fine. The lady receiving me was very welcoming and helpful, I checked in immediately and was offered a drink. The next day, my breakfast was ready and delicious. Overall, this was an excellent experience, I really recommend The Comat to anyone visiting Cleethorpes.

When we got there it looked lovely on the outside and continued all the way through was the best stay in Cleethorpes the lady who owns it she was lovely very polite and helpful the room was very nice spacious clean with own bathroom and fridge and TV and DVD player also had books in the bedroom for the children and DVDs provided. Brilliant

Fantastic guest house, very clean & welcoming, stayed in the family room, 2 large adjoining rooms with large bathroom with bath. Would definitely recommend.

Despite being a last minute booking the staff were lovely, very attentive, helpful and the hotel was modern and spotless. Breakfast was very nice and ready with minimal wait. 100% recommended and will visit again.
