In town for a few days and was seeking a CrossFit gym. In my search this was one of the ones to rise to the top. Paul was fantastic in getting me set up. When I entered the gym it was huge with Toms of equipment and smiles from members. They were welcoming and conversational. I would highly recommend you go here and if you live in the area become a member. I will always be grateful for Paul and the members. We even took a picture at the end of class as a continued memory. Thank you!

I have been a member of Crossfit Colosseum since 2019 and have achieved more in my fitness than I thought possible. I am now in my late 40s and recovering from a serious injury not related to crossfit that took me out of the game for over a year. As I inched my way back from zero strength, I wanted to give up more times than I can count. But the encouragement of the coaches and the community kept me going. Specialized workouts provided to me by Paul gym-owner-extroardinaire not only helped me regain my strength, but helped me surpass my previous PRs. Without this community, I would not have achieved half the level of health and fitness I am enjoying today. A GIANT THANK YOU to my gym community at Crossfit Colosseum! I could not have done it without you.
This is one of the largest gyms I've visited, they have a great facility. The owner was super friendly and helpful, loved his wealth of knowledge and crossfit experience. The coach was very welcoming and positive, he even taught me a new way to stretch which I appreciate. The community here is very warm and welcoming, I got a good sweat in with great people. Definitely will be back whenever visiting Canada
About 4 months ago I started at CrossFit Colosseum as a total newbie, my anxiety was through the roof about all the "hardcore stuff" I previously heard about the sport. Fast foward to last Saturday, I just completed my second Open workout in what's easily the most supportive and congenial environment I've ever felt at a gym. The facility is top notch in terms of layout, equipment and cleanliness. The coaches here are very friendly and helpful in providing scaling options that cater to your level of fitness. There's never a lack of inspiration from seeing elite level atheles working out or camaraderie from your next-spot neighbour scaling everything just like you do.
Dropped in while traveling — Paul was super responsive, and Arnaldo & Calvin were incredibly welcoming and put on one hell of a class! The facility is top-tier and has everything you need to get after it and put in a solid session. Will definitely be dropping back in!
My favorite gym away from home! I always drop in when I am in the city and it never disappoint. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the work outs are always great!
Had a great experience doing a drop-in at the gym! I’ve always wanted to come out since it’s such a big facility and it did not disappoint. All of the equipment you would need as an aspiring elite CrossFit athlete, and very welcoming members.
Wow, simply wow, I travel a lot and I train when on the road. This is the best Crossfit Gym I have been to in Eastern Canada Except for my Deka Gym :. Friendly people , lots of space, weights, cardio machine if you want to do some Extra. And there is working Sauna !
