Incredibly fast service, took in my laptop for a hard drive replacement and they had it sorted less than 24 hours later at a good price. Super impressed, very helpful and friendly.

My laptop was in a pretty sorry state with the screen/lid barely still attached. They fixed within a few days and it's as good as new. won't be using anyone other than these guys after previous bad experiences...amazing service.

After my Laptop of 7 years finally packed up, i was recommended to Colchester IT by a friend, i popped along to vist them and can only say that their service is 2nd to none, i dealt with Ross for the purchase of a replacement, nothing was to much trouble and he was very helpful, i would highly recommend Colchester IT to anyone that is after 1st class service. Terrible service. My laptop has more issues than it begun with. Their technicians didn't close the enclosure properly. The computer now keeps turning off my itself and has hardware problems. Avoid like the plague
