Went in what would have been yesterday now. I had the correct change for paying for my latte (£2.50) handed it to the lady serving me, who had then dropped it. Then said and i quote "i cannot count today"! Looked at me and said thats the wrong change anyway. Which then what i can only guess was her manager looked at me almost in discussed. When i and my fellow colleague counted the money too. As being a cash handler myself, i have to double and triple check!! Defiantly not throw customers money. I WILL NOT VISIT YOUR BRANCH AGAIN.

I love coffee#1 above all coffee shops.i love the bohemian atmosphere the posters on the walls the shelves of random books the coffee the almond croissants .we are so lucky to have this in chipping sodbury.theres a nice roomy disabled toilet as well.i have also been to the #ones in wells thornbury and Chepstow.and of course I have their loyalty card.long may they prosper!

Came in Sunday at 4.45pm knowing they would be closing at 5pm, which the staff reminded us in a less then friendly manner, we were clearly putting them out. Was told how much my drinks and good were, no thank you or any manners. Very rude staff.

Great coffee with the house been but please try the seasonal beans too, nice to have a choice. Top selection of cakes and a nice spacious lounge.

Earl Grey tea was so strong... the teaspoon nearly melted.  Chocolate brownie very dry -  will not be visiting again
