Went here for my girlfriends birthday on a Saturday afternoon and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and the food was superb (in particular, the goats cheese croissant). We went for the afternoon tea and can confidently say it’s one of the best we’ve experienced. Would recommend this place to anyone whether you’re celebrating something or just popping in for an afternoon treat.

Had a delicious afternoon tea here last weekend. Was very busy but we're accommodated quickly. Staff were very friendly and the food was really tasty and beautifully presented. Recommend booking ahead for afternoon tea as there wasn't a free table for very long in this place.

I definitely don't like my coffee too hot. I'm not one of those M&S coffee drinkers. But both of my coffees were just too cold. Plus seems to be no heating in here today. That didn't help

Friend and I had afternoon tea over the weekend. The staff were very good, explained everything clearly and was really helpful. Recommend booking a table in advance if you’re planning to have the afternoon set over the weekend as it takes time to prepare. Quality is second to none, attention to detail on the patisseries is beautiful and nicely organised. Coffee was fab with great aroma and crema, wasn’t flat or bitter, but fresh from good quality beans....we ended up having a second cup. Recommended and great place to treat your partner.

Afternoon tea is great value and super tasty. Usually no need to book, which is great. The mini chicken and leek pie was delicious. Great chocolate desserts too.
