First time we've been there since the new owners and what a great welcome, staff very friendly and helpful, we didn't have food but heard it's great, definitely be going there more often
Please please get some better beers on tap! Marsdens do sell Brewdog or any other nice IPA style beers. The beer selection at the pub is terrible and it puts us off going more often. Staff and food are great!

The pub was busy but not packed. However, they were clearly understaffed as the drinks took quite a time to arrive. The food was good, but it did seems overdone.
Had an amazing evening at the Cockett Inn on 23rd. Fab barman called Sarge live music was great and what an amazing atmosphere. First time there and will definitely go back

The Cockett Inn is under new ownership. It's clean and tidy with friendly staff and a good menu. If you haven't been back here for a while then give it a try.
