Service was awful, it was a Sunday afternoon, football on tv, quite a lot of people in the pub for Sunday lunch. 1 person serving behind the bar so there was quite a wait and a long queue. Had no milk so could not make hot drinks and were really matter of fact about it there is a co op across the road vegetarian offering was poor so I had the roast with no meat. Food service was pretty good, there was 10 of us and food came out pretty much together. Would I come back? Not in a hurry
This is the most amazing pub/restaurant in Gosport! Always a happy service, especially the fellow named Martin, always greets me with a smile and shows top professionalism. A real credit to the brand. Claire and Carl are brilliant aswell!! You feel like family when being served. Always my go to choice when Im heading out
We had the breakfast, and a lemonade,nWas quite empty for a Tuesday , several people in, they have a very large dinning area, nice staff, and decor.. well worth a visit
We had a great festive meal at The Cocked Hat on Saturday. Table dressing, food and staff was great and a fab time after with the lady singing Abba songs. Big thumbs up and keep up the good work
The biggest thank you to Claire and her team at the Cocked Hat. We booked here for my Grandmothers wake, and we are so pleased we did. I highly recommend for any function, you will not be disappointed.nClaire the manager has been truly amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and made the whole process seamless and stress free.nThe spread that they put on was amazing and everyone was commenting on how good the food was.nThe area we had for the wake was perfect and Claire was so attentive during the whole time.nOnce again thank you so much
