I went to there to buy some segaret there wos old lady she wos not suppose to be there and she have deaf problem and she gave me a wrong segaret and I rpet it 5 times and I wos busy not have time to woich it and I opened it and it was no the one I asked for
Extremely rude staff members. Only 1 woman working on till and a second woman appeared eventually when a queue formed at self service due to required overrides. Limited stock and unfriendly staff. I witnessed a man accusing another woman of skipping the queue which she had not. The staff did not intervene or control the unpleasant situation. Customer service did not exist.

Well it's still face mask on entry of course but the shop run smoothly due to the well trained staff. The store itself is kept clean and tidy. And the staff are helpful if approached.
Shop well stocked for convenience, offers are pretty good, but staff whilst helpful are generally unfriendly and seem annoyed by your existence.
Convenient and can get good deals on reduced items. Good selection of food and essentials. Staff are friendly and attentive.
In holyhead staff are rude one staff called Teresa had an attitude with me when I forgot my card at home and didn't have enough change so I wanted to take two items off. I have anxiety so it was quite challenging but her attitude didn't help!
I have been shopping for at least 5 years for this purpose, but I never wanted to talk about my ridiculous experience that always happens wish the same employee, an employee who treats customers disrespectfully, in a sly, disgusting way! she is an older lady with glasses a little fuller than the other employees! :
Fantastic place has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, unlike Asda which is the worst shop in holyhead due to the riff raff they employ !
Still the very helpful friendly staff . Trouble is the shelves arnt as full as they used to be and the prices have shot up .
