Put a stop on my debit card at least once every six weeks and don't notify me til about 2 days later if I am lucky they only have 2 branches within 15 miles and they work the same hours as me so visiting a branch is virtually impossible.
Lovely staff always polite and ready to help you... there's hardly ever any queues and if there is one then it goes down very quickly... you're not waiting for ages... wheelchair parking too HB; The message you hear, when ringing the bank after hours, needs updating rather quickly... The opening and closing times given need a DEFINITE change
I have tried to phone customer services to unlock my account but each time I was informed that it would be at least 60 minutes to wait which is totally unacceptable. Also the message telling me Im moving forward in th quea drives me up the wall. Customer services are a waste of space.
I opened account mobile banking account i was happy i don't need all the time for anything go to the branch but it didn't take that long started to reject ether my password or my email address.i ssen some people they have an account with different banks and they have no problems at all.
When a loved one dies a bank should be caring, pastoral and sensitive to next of kin. These folk like a bull in a china shop. They do not respond to calls and fail when compared to our treatment as bereaved family that we got from the Halifax or Barclays. They need training ASAP.
Had problems with coop online services. Rang their customer services twice waited over 45 mins then was cut off both times. Not happy at all got to go into branch to try and get it sorted out.
Absolutely brilliant service . What lovely professional and helpful staff you have in this bank . Especially at a time when the banks phone lines are impossible .
Tried to get in touch by phone which was a waste of time in a queue and at an 03 number isn’t cheap . Had to go to bank in person which was a great inconvenience. None of the automatic ‘contact ‘ us had anything thing relevant to deal with my query
Bent over backwards to help us. 5* service. If appointments are in short supply, it is because they spend the time with you to do a proper job.
Excellent staff always willing to help in any way even if the banking system says no they will try to find a way to help you reach your goal financially
