We've been with Co-op travel for years now. They have been fantastic, we've had holidays to Cuba and Spain with them and I can't fault them.  What really makes them stand out from the rest is their customer service, we recently had a holiday with them and unfortunately the hotel had a lot of problems Not Co-ops fault or Jet2. They help you through every step of the compensation stage and make sure you get the best.  Top notch travel agents

What’s the point in having that huge shop with a bureau de change but then the staff sit looking at you through a locked door? Been a couple of times now on week days during the day and the staff don’t let you in. The Post office just up the way had euros so got them from there instead. Just seems pointless having a huge shop like that if it’s not open to the public.

General enquiry, what the status is like for a holiday in Spain, we are currently in amber so I'm waiting for it to become green due to personal reasons, though they could of explained a bit more ie what is the status now brexit is in place ie would I need a tourist visa etc which went amiss
