I've always found the staff to be very helpful, And the buses are quite regular.

It's like it's their mission to be rude to everyone who comes in through those doors. I absolutely dread going there and it really shouldn't be that way.

Staff are really friendly and helpful but buses often run late and busfares are really expensive

Is good place to get information about buses and times it's very nice service and you can buy travelcard there and get plastic travelcard holder as well.

It's a bus station, it's a bit grotty but you can get a bud from here, so if you do t own a car, this place will be your friend.
