Telephoned for information regarding a short break in Vienna. I was answered by Karen who was very helpful and efficient, she later sent me a personal brochure by email. I also spoke to Barbara and that was an added bonus because she had recently been to Vienna and she gave great information about things to do and see and an idea of what I could expect to pay for food and drink. Brilliant service all round and I would recommend Co-op Travel Stourbridge.
Barbara the lady who deals with the money exchange is always a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and knows her job well.
I don't know, I have never been there. I have no desire to go there.
